The right support should feel like it was made just for you. Tell us what matters most, and we’ll build care around your goals and preferences.
Finding the right support can make all the difference. If you know someone who needs care that truly fits their life, we’d love to help.
Great support starts with great people. If you’re passionate about making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
We know that finding the right support provider can bring up many questions, and we want to ensure we answer them all. Below are some common questions we get asked, but if you can’t find the answer you are looking for you can contact TrueCare Assist via the contact form above and we will be more than happy to help.
TrueCare Assist was created to fill the gaps in the industry where participants were receiving generic support instead of care that truly fits their needs. Unlike larger providers where participants can feel like just another number, we take a personalised approach to every individual we support. Our founder, Bryley, has personal experience growing up with family members who live with disabilities, which shaped a deep understanding of what real support should look like.
We also offer a unique experience—participants can spend time with our Chief Dog Officer, adding companionship, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement to their care. We focus on building trust, meaningful relationships, and support that empowers people to live life the way they want.
Yes, we do. Our team has experience working with participants who have a wide range of needs, including those requiring complex care. We understand that everyone’s situation is different, and we tailor our support to match your individual requirements.
If you need high-intensity personal care, specialised assistance, or a team with experience in specific disabilities or conditions, we take the time to ensure you receive the right level of care. We also work collaboratively with families, medical professionals, and other support providers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Support should grow and change with you, not stay the same when your needs evolve. If you find that your current level of support no longer fits, we can adjust it to better reflect your goals and circumstances.
We regularly check in to make sure you’re happy with the services you’re receiving and make any necessary adjustments. Whether it’s increasing or reducing support hours, introducing new services, or changing the way we assist you, we make sure you always feel supported in a way that works for you.
We understand that family and carers play a huge role in many participants’ lives. At TrueCare Assist, we welcome family involvement and work closely with the people who are important to you.
This could mean keeping family members updated on your progress, working together to create a support plan, or involving them in key decisions. How much they’re involved is entirely up to you—our priority is to ensure that you feel supported in a way that aligns with your preferences and needs.
Your experience matters, and if something isn’t working for you, we want to know about it. If you’re unhappy with any part of your support, we encourage open conversations so we can make the necessary changes.
This could mean adjusting your services, changing support workers, or finding a new approach that better suits your needs. We want you to feel comfortable speaking up, knowing that your concerns will be heard and addressed. Your support should always feel right for you, and we’re committed to making sure it does.
