TrueCare Assist provides personalised and compassionate disability support in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs, ensuring every participant has real choice and control over their care.
TrueCare Assist was founded from personal experience and a deep understanding of what meaningful support should look like. Growing up with family members who live with disabilities, we saw firsthand the impact of quality care—and the frustration when support felt impersonal or limited.
After years of working in aged care and disability services, we recognised the gaps in the system and wanted to create something better. TrueCare Assist exists to provide care that is genuinely tailored to each individual, giving people the confidence, respect, and independence they deserve.
Not all support feels supportive. Too often, people receive generic care that doesn’t reflect who they are or what they need. We take the time to understand what’s important to each participant and provide care that makes a real difference. From emotional wellbeing and social connection to practical daily support, we go beyond just meeting needs—we help create a life that feels fulfilling and full of choice.
With experience in both aged care and disability support, we bring a well-rounded perspective to the work we do. From hands-on roles as support workers to understanding the bigger picture of care, we know what it takes to provide meaningful, high-quality support.
